In a particularly competitive market, and just a few months after the opening of the Fondation Cartier pour l'art contemporain, the Louvre Saint-Honor\u00e9 confirmed its appeal with the arrival of 4 new clients for more than 7,000 m\u00b2 of office space. This sales momentum illustrates the choice companies are making for exceptional buildings that combine centrality, architectural quality and excellent services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The transactions recorded reflect the increasingly polarised nature of the Paris market, with an average headline rent of close to \u20ac1,100\/sq.m - a signature reaching \u20ac1,175\/sq.m, an average firm term of 7.3 years and a support rate of 17 % in line with market standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00abWith these signings, the Louvre Saint-Honor\u00e9 is once again establishing itself as a benchmark for new-generation Parisian business centres. In addition to the arrival of the Fondation Cartier pour l'art contemporain, it is the completely redesigned working environment that is attracting companies looking for distinctive spaces designed to retain their talents and convey an image of excellence. Other restructured areas will be available next summer, offering new opportunities within the asset,\u00bb says Virginie KRAFFT, SFL's Sales Director.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The refurbishment of the halls by Ateliers Jean Nouvel, the redesign of the shared spaces (restaurant, club, private meeting rooms) by Ana Moussinet, and the work carried out by MO Architectes and HCI to transform the design and technical quality of the offices have all convinced new high-profile users, including La Caisse (formerly CDPQ), Pinterest, RSA and Capital Fund Management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
