ACCESSIBILITY
SFL undertakes to make its internet, intranet and extranet sites accessible in accordance with article 47 of French law no. 2005-102 of 11 February 2005.
To this end, it implements the following strategy and actions:

- Link to the current year's action plan, including a review of actions carried out in the previous year (ongoing)
1. Compliance status
At this stage, the SFL Paris website cannot be declared compliant with the General Standards for Improving Accessibility, as a full audit has not yet been carried out and corrective actions are currently underway.

This procedure should be used in the following cases:
You have notified the website manager of a lack of accessibility that is preventing you from accessing content or services on the portal and you have not received a satisfactory response.
