SFL's Code of Ethics applies to all Group employees and partners.

It lists the values and principles that govern the conduct of the company's activities and the commitments that it expects its managers, employees and partners to respect.

It is a tool that enables everyone to identify risk situations and respond to them individually and collectively.

In particular, it specifies the behaviours to adopt and to proscribe in SFL's day-to-day activities, as well as the company's values: innovation, performance, respect and social responsibility.

Alert procedure

The purpose of this channel is to report any breaches of current legislation and of the ethical values defended by SFL.

This is not a form for sending enquiries. The usual channels remain available for this purpose.

The procedure put in place in connection with this form ensures that whistleblowers acting in good faith are protected against any form of reprisal.

Personal data collected as part of this whistleblowing channel will be processed in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the amended Data Protection Act N°78-17, as well as the applicable recommendations of the Commission Nationale Informatique et Libertés (CNIL).
