You have the option of reporting your concern anonymously. However, anonymity may complicate the handling of your alert and, in particular, communications with the Ethics Officer.
For your information, depending on the nature of the breach, your report will be handled by an ethics officer, either Ms Emilie Germane (SFL General Secretary) or Mr François Derrian (Human Resources Director), depending on their specific skills.
The ethics officer in charge of processing your report may contact you for further details. He or she will keep you informed of developments in the handling of your report, in compliance with the relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
