90 Champs-Elysées

Situated above the Champs-Élysées shopping arcade, this contemporary building features a façade decorated with ashlar used in the finest Haussmann buildings, transformed by Jean Nouvel. The building, which is currently being refurbished, offers 1,200 sq. metres of attractive, light-filled office space, with an entrance designed by Dominique Perrault and service areas designed by the Jouin Manku studio.
