Situated at the foot of Montparnasse station, one of Paris's main hubs, the building boasts excellent accessibility. This tertiary centre with almost 40,000 m² of office space was designed in 1965 and renovated in 2012. It boasts 2,100 m² of floor space, which is rare for a 17-storey high-rise building, and offers unique 360-degree views over the whole of Paris.
