Cézanne Saint-Honoré

1-6, rue Paul Cézanne,
75008 Paris

Area
27 400 m²

Designed and built by architect Louis Plousey in the 1930s, this emblematic 27,000 m² two-building complex in Paris is typical of Art Deco architecture. In recent months, the building has undergone a major facelift and refurbishment, which will be completed in 2022.

Occupied by leading companies in the fields of banking, finance, real estate and consultancy, it boasts a number of assets: a central location, a 100-metre-long private street sheltered from traffic, shops at the foot of the building, large horizontal floors bathed in natural light offering great flexibility in terms of layout, and exceptional terraces.

The building features a dedicated user services centre. Inspired by hotel codes, the premises have been completely redesigned by Studio Putman, and offer a restaurant area, a 100-seat auditorium, meeting rooms and a VIP lounge.

STAKEHOLDERS

  • Nicolas Salmeron workshop

"Flexibility and comfort are the keystones of our design. Natural light, which is omnipresent in the office floors, is relayed by extremely subtle work on the lighting, so that whatever the density of the layout, the different office areas are optimally efficient".

    Nicolas Salmeron, Interior designer

  • SK Associates

"While respecting the architectural style characteristic of the 1930s, we have endeavoured to offer fluid and flexible layouts that meet new working requirements (comfort, practicality, etc.).
Each office floor is divisible and modular. Two vertical corridors in the centre of the building provide access to each level. We chose to place the spaces dedicated to services, toilets and technical rooms on either side of the floor landings, which completely frees up the office spaces. In this way, we have optimised our reception capacity.
The terrace on level 8, an integral part of the building's renovation, will offer a vast landscaped area accessible from every level. This terrace, which will feature plants native to the Parisian Basin, will provide a breath of fresh air and, with its 360° view over the capital, will be an extremely pleasant place to work and relax.
