Edouard VII

16-30, boulevard des Capucines + 2 to 18 rue Caumartin
75009 Paris

Area
54 600 m²

Built on a one-and-a-half hectare plot, the Édouard VII Haussmann-style complex is located in the heart of one of the liveliest districts in Paris. Its location and the prestige of its architecture, the result of extensive restructuring, make it an exceptional showcase.

Its history is an urban and architectural fresco that reflects Paris itself. From the "city within a city" project designed at the beginning of the 20th century by the architect Nénot, to the relocation of the Olympia at the end of the 1980s, from the artistic signature of Felice Varini to the patronage of the King of England, the Edouard VII district is an open-air history book.

After painting the façades of the shops on rue Édouard VII, giving the site a modern, attractive look, a programme of planting the interior courtyards and enhancing the passageways was carried out to help the business centre move upmarket.
