Haussmann Saint-Augustin

106, boulevard Haussmann,
75008 Paris

Area
13 400 m²

In 2007, SFL transformed four buildings on Boulevard Haussmann into a very high quality office complex. Covering more than 12,500 sq. m. on 7 floors, the 82-metre ashlar façade is built around a vast central hall lit by a glass roof. The entire building has been leased to coworking specialist WeWork, and was inaugurated in January 2021.

"Recent technological and societal developments have profoundly transformed the design of office buildings, requiring them to be rewritten to adapt to new uses, incorporating new living spaces, services, outdoor areas, etc.
In approaching the 106 Haussmann project, our aim was to integrate these new living spaces while freeing up the potential of the building, the façade and the transparency of the lobby.
The lobby, designed as a working lounge around a café opening onto the tree-lined courtyard, the basement business centre bathed in natural light and the terraces all contribute to this new dynamic, to the well-being of residents and to the enhancement of our heritage.
Paradoxically, the Haussmann building is able to adapt to these multiple transformations!
