The choice of an avant-garde building. Since it was built in 1932, Washington Plaza has always been a pioneering building. It has constantly reinvented itself over the years.

With a surface area of 47,000 m² and a very central location just a stone's throw from the Champs Elysées, it is a prime business centre in the CBD.

In 2012, the Washington Plaza underwent a metamorphosis under the direction of the DTACC agency, bringing previously unused spaces to life and creating indoor and outdoor living and sharing spaces.

Today, it brings together all the assets sought by companies and their employees: emblematic architecture, contemporary design, office spaces that encourage horizontal working and allow each entity great flexibility in terms of layout and appropriation of the premises.

A range of modern, innovative services, designed by Ana Moussinet, complements these spaces to meet users' expectations and facilitate work-life balance.

    "We dressed the space we created as if it were a blank sheet of paper, folded and unfolded, curving endlessly to fit all the volumes in continuity and harmony (...). Guy Limone's photographic frieze runs along the walls, changing colour as the hours go by: it lives like Washington Plaza.
