On the occasion of the delivery of 90 Champs-Élysées, following extensive renovation work*, At SFL's flagship address in the heart of the Triangle d'Or, the SFL Padel Club, an ephemeral padel court set up in the heart of the building's private garden, is making a splash.

Located at 90, avenue des Champs-Élysées, on the edge of a building that has just undergone extensive renovation, the SFL Padel Club creates an unexpected use for one of the most prestigious office environments in Paris. For the benefit of the building's occupants and the corporate customers of SFL's business centres, the court, which was inaugurated today, temporarily transforms part of the private wooded area into a place of experience, conviviality and encounters, contributing to the emergence of a genuine community of users around this shared space.

This unprecedented initiative illustrates the way in which SFL continues to evolve high-end commercial real estate by offering employees in its buildings premium, differentiating and innovative services designed to promote well-being, exchanges and the attractiveness of workplaces.

The choice of padel illustrates a profound change in the expectations of companies and their employees. As an accessible, collective and intergenerational sport, it naturally encourages exchanges, cohesion and social ties. At a time when the office must offer more than just a workstation, the SFL Padel Club shows a new way of living in office buildings: more service-oriented, more lively, more open to contemporary uses.

This activation is part of SFL's broader approach to making its Paris addresses true hubs for living, services and experiences. Beyond architectural quality, location and technical performance, SFL is developing a vision of high-end Parisian real estate that focuses on use value, the user experience and the ability of workplaces to create links and unite a community.

Access to the SFL Padel Club will be by reservation via the mobile application offered to users of SFL buildings, which already includes a number of services designed to make daily life easier for occupants. The court is thus part of a wider ecosystem of services, combining sport, well-being, mobility, catering, shared spaces and events.

" With the SFL Padel Club, we wanted to give concrete expression to our vision of high-end commercial property. Our properties are not only addresses and buildings that are often emblematic of Paris's heritage, but also places where people can enjoy experiences, services and meetings. Installing a paddle tennis court in the heart of the private garden at 90 Champs-Élysées is proof that the office can once again become a place of choice, attractive and vibrant, capable of meeting the new expectations of companies and their employees alike. »says Aude Grant, Managing Director of SFL.

With its ephemeral, service-oriented and spectacular character, the SFL Padel Club accompanies the revelation of 90 Champs-Élysées while embodying SFL's ambition to combine heritage, modernity and innovation in the most beautiful addresses in Paris.

The SFL Padel Club was developed with MMSport, a company specialising in corporate sports and wellness facilities and a long-standing partner of SFL.

Designed by Jean Nouvel and then reinterpreted by Dominique Perrault, the building underwent an ambitious renovation by SFL, with Jouin Manku responsible for the interior spaces and Archibuild for the heritage renovation. The project gives new impetus to this 8,900 m² complex, including more than 6,500 m² of offices, by combining high architectural standards, environmental sobriety, top-of-the-range services and openness to new uses. The building features 1,300 sq. metres of light-flooded office space, a café connected to the garden, a shared meeting room, areas dedicated to soft mobility and a 1,070 sq. metre landscaped garden designed by Merci Raymond. The building is designed as a place to work, provide services and share experiences, away from the hustle and bustle of the avenue.
