Alexia Abtan has been appointed General Manager of Colonial SFL's French business. She will succeed Aude Grant, Managing Director. Her duties will take effect from 1 September 2026.
Alexia Abtan, 41, a graduate of Paris Dauphine University, has spent her entire career at SFL, a leading prime Parisian property company, which she joined in 2007 in the Asset Management division. Throughout her career, she has held several operational roles that have enabled her to acquire in-depth knowledge of the entire property value chain – from asset management to the management of major redevelopment, acquisition and disposal projects on behalf of the group.
This trajectory naturally led her towards strategic responsibilities: she previously held the position of Chief Investment and Corporate Communication Officer at Colonial SFL France, as a member of the Management Committee.
Her appointment is part of an ongoing path of internal promotion, embodying the depth of expertise and detailed knowledge of assets that make SFL unique in its market.
